They said in Arizona earlier this week that he won't play - Then a day later,he most likely will not play

They said he probably won't be with the team when they travel to Mass. - Now there is a change of plans and he is with the team

This sounds something like what BB would come up with in trying to confuse the other team

If Boldin hits the field despite no practice this week it would not surprise me - If Boldin's status of playing this weekend were seriously in doubt,I would not have expected to see him travel with the team,He did.

His presence on the field would make a whole hell of a lot of defensive adjusting compared to him not playing
- With Boldin out, a double teaming of Fitz would be an almost definate, with Boldin playing it would change those plans dramatically to more of a dime package than what the defense would do with only Fitz as the major threat

We shall see, I guess

I have Boldin on my fantasy squad, and I am playing for the championship this week end. I wish they'd make up their mind, already!

To me, it looks like there playing mind games plus if they were to of left him in Arizona, it's like saying to your opponents, "were resting starters".

AZ coach is trying to out-gamesmanship Belichick.....that is not cool!!!!!!.....Definitely playing a game here IMHO....expect a "ready to go" Boldin

I have Fitzgerald and am going back and forth about benching him for Antonio Bryant...if Boldin is benched I will play Fitz.

So yeah, I wish they would figure it out, too.

It's gonna be like last second...

And Breaking News : Boldin expected to Go!

Is Arizona playing for a long shot first round bye?

That is the only reason I can see why Whisenhunt would risk
futher injury to a key player.

For them to get a 1st round would take a lot of things happening
just right.

For starters: they have to win out.

Then the Giants would have to lose the last two games
OR
the Panthers would have to lose the last two games.

Since they play each other this week it comes down to

Giants losing to the Vikes or Panthers losing to the Saints in week 17.

Then if the Giants lose out the Cowboys would have to win out
and they play the Eagles the last game

But if the Panthers lose out then either Tampa and/or Falcons have to win out.

Then you have to look at tie breakers of ( Panthers,Tampa and Falcons)
all at 11-3
then the tie breaker for that division winner and the Cards would determine
the second seed.

wow... are the Cards really playing for a Miracle Bye week?
Is Whisenhunt really willing to risk injury on that scenario?

If Boldin plays ... we know the answer.

if i were BB i'd just get ready 2 play boldin. he'll most likely play

Looks like you have not been following the Pats/BB for long. Had you, you would have realized that the only players BB doesn't prepare for are the ones listed as 'out'.

As I mentioned in other threads, I suspect that the Cards are creating smokescreens hoping the Pats would fall for it and will probably come out - correction, attempt to come out - with all guns blazing. Guess they don't realize that BB has been in this league a bit more longer than most of them.

I just want a W with no injuries.

GO PATS!! Can't wait for tomorrow...
