Oh god, I need to go take a shower...

But seriously, that game is HUGE for us now. If Baltimore loses that game, we then control our playoff destiny. Win out, and we're guaranteed a wild card spot. Even if the Jets and Dolphins win, one of them HAS to lose in week 17, meaning the other would be 10-6 (along with Baltimore) and an 11-5 record would net us the 6th seed.

Come on Dallas. Don't screw us!

With Tampa Bay and Atlanta both being 9-5 i think Dallas needs the win to keep pace...knowing they close out at Philly.

It would be absolutely awesome to go into Sunday knowing we can get ourselves back into the 6 playoff teams. Go Cowboys.

Yep, Saturday night is huge, looking forward to it just as much as Sunday.

Dallas looked great last night especially on defense and it's the last regular season game at Texas Stadium. They need a win, too. Let's face it if Baltimore wins that game they've earned control of a WC berth.

Don't you worry-this defense is FINALLY clicking with Wade's schemes, even though it took ALMOST 2 years to do so. Really-after 4 years of Parcells' bend-but-don't-break crap, we're FINALLY seeing our D unleashed.

We'll get'em for you next week!:)

Wow, first I go from "cheering on" the 49ers, Bills and Ravens to now the Cowboys. I gotta work saturday night but will be getting constant updates from my wife.

Last regular season (and possibly the last football) game at Texas Stadium. All the Cowboy ghosts will be out, to help deliver a victory. Emotions are going to be really high for the Boys. If they lose, expect Jerry Jones to have an Al Davis type meltdown.....

I like Dallas under normal circumstances, my brother is a fan and I like Tony Romo for the most part, although I hate how he's so careless with the ball a la Lord Favre. But I do hate T.O. He's like Randy Moss only he never grew up.

Just worry about the Pats. If they win out and go 11-5, they will find a way into the playoffs I have no doubt. I know all the tie breaker scenarios, and everything else. I don't care. If the pats go 11-5 they will be in the playoffs.

I agree, and I feel dirty.

Right which is contingent on the other games

Exactly. I'm all for the "take care of your own business mantra", but even if we win out, if two of the three teams we're tied with also win out (I know Miami and the Jets can't both do it, but still), we're out at 11-5. In just two games neither scenario (playoffs or no playoffs) would be hard to see happening.

Question, why do Pats fans hate the Cowboys? What has the Cowboys ever done to the Pats, the Cowboys is one of those team I don't really have any issues with.

For me personally its the exorbitant number of post-90's era Cowboy fans that inhabit CT, and come September, start claiming "this is the year!". After a while, it could make you hate on a level you never knew you were capable.

That being said... until Sunday morning... Go Cowboys.

Has nothing to do with being a Pats fan for me. It's simply that they're one of those "entertaining" teams that gets all the glory and headlines, yet never wins the big one. They bring in overpriced, mouthy, legal troubled superstars, and the nation panders over them as "America's Team".

Meanwhile, the Patriots go out, assemble the best team of the decade, win with discipline and smarts, and as soon as ONE bit of dirt comes out about them, they become the black sheep of the NFL.

They're not my least favorite team, but they're in my bottom five I think (Jets, Dolphins, Steelers, Chargers, Cowboys).

I dont feel the least bit dirty. Out of all of the potential playoff teams I think Dallas is 4th on the teams I'd be able to stand winning it I think it's something like:

Pats
Vikings
Cards
Cowboys
the terrorists

.
everyone else

Eh, in a way they're hyped because they have won the big one more than anyone save the Steelers and 49ers and given the choice of the 3 I'll pull for Dallas every time. After all, no one has been to more Superbowls than Dallas. The America's Team thing is annoying but that's the fault of NFL films moreso than the Cowboys.

I think I hate TO, Jerry Jones, and most Dallas fans.. not exactly the team.

But rest assured, I will be cursing their existence if the Boys lose Bills style on Saturday. I mean don't give me hope and yank it away during the last two minutes. kthanx.

Well, fans of the 49ers, Redskins, Giants, Eagles, probably every other NFC team to a little lesser degree, probably Bills because of a couple of super bowls, I'm sure the Steelsers, all hate the Cowboys. That's a majority, and the America's team bull**** probably makes the rest dislike them also except for 'boys fans themselves. I could not pull for them last night, even though I knew it would be better to see them looking strong to take care of the Ravens next week.
