Re: PFT:Belichick provides more fodder for critics

BFD it is a 60 minute game, BB only knows one way to play it. to bad if it ruffles a few feathers.. maybe **** Jauron and a few others could take notice and realize it ain't over until it is over.

:cry2: He's a big meanie!! :cry2:

Actually, I think Florio just needed some traffic. He hadn't pointed out anything anti-Patriots in a few weeks and his hits were dwindling.

Pathetic article. Not a lot more to say.

Re: PFT:Belichick provides more fodder for critics

Your buddie's pejorative opinion (my buddy has one too) is not really meaningful or relevant in any way, Florio. How do you know BB wasn't practicing some scenario or scouting the referee's tendencies? This is exactly why people should learn how much evidence is enough to draw a reasonable conclusion. This is a real nonsensical, embarrassing story for him.

Bingo. Isn't that all it's ever about? From "spy-gate" on through, these ***hats won't stop riding that mule until the vultures fly away.

Re: PFT:Belichick provides more fodder for critics

Florio really is a moron.

If the Pats' challenge was successful, they could run the clock out, and not risk injury to any more players.

P*ssy F*cking Talk is what their acronym should stand for. Isn't there anything actually worth complaingin about ?

Not only that but who knows if at some point the BEST NET POINT tiebreaker gets used. It will some year, no one really knows if it would come into play this year.....so, Florio does not understand the implications of such a challenge.

Re: PFT:Belichick provides more fodder for critics

Belichick does everything for a reason.

There've been plenty of challenges that haven't gone their way recently. The staff upstairs needs to do a better job making the call on when and when not to challenge.

Why give up an opportunity to let them flex their muscles and "practice" trying to get it right. They need the practice as evidenced by the fact that the call didn't go their way.

What makes Belichick a great coach is that he's more interested in giving his team and organization every opportunity to practice and get better. The guys who are more concerned about good PR have few if any Super Bowl rings.

Re: PFT:Belichick provides more fodder for critics

until florio becomes a nfl coach he knows nothin bout why any coach does anything and why he does it. So he need 2 shut the f**k up

Re: PFT:Belichick provides more fodder for critics

I wanted him to challenge so that our defense could avoid more injuries.

Get the offense on the field and just kneel down.

Like I replied at PFT, it's about sending a message of consistency to his players. Is he supposed to tell them to play hard all 60 minutes, yet he's willing to let things slide in the coaching dept because it's a blowout, or it's raining, or raider fans might cry?

All those people crying are fans of coaches who play politics with the game. Scared of scoring because he's going to hurt feelings. Scared of throwing a challenge because it's too late in a game. Those coaches end up getting walked all over by their own players. Of course then those players come to N.E. and dominate because they just needed real coaches (Moss, Dillon, etc).

Now I remember why I stopped visiting PFT.
