It's easy, and only takes a few moments.Given the 2008 Patriots ability to squeeze as much juice out of their lemon, you would have to say that Patriot Pride is at beaming 10 on a 0-10 scale when it comes to the AWPF meter.
Bill Belichick and his coaching staff have worked their pants off this season in arguably their best job of his Patriots tenure. Matt Cassel has blown all of us away with his play this season.
Sheesh.
Can I get a Freudian analysis on this article?
Do you mean to tell me that some guy wearing Cowboys gear 15 freaking years after their last SB isn't saying something like, "My team has been to and won more SB's than your team has even thought about going to?" Well, I like saying, "Hey, when your Jests or Giants have gone to four of the next seven SB's and won three of them, talk to me about Tyree and Favre. Until then, shut up."
I know that's kind of, well, not nice, and not very "sportsmanlike," and I'm sure I'm the only one who feels that way....but I guess I'll just have to live with myself.
As a former resident of Bath, Maine I can say .....the Jests fans should thank their lucky effin' stars the cops showed up.You left out the suicidal fans, though. Like the ones I met last week here in Bath, Maine. 2 idiot JETS fans, with green letterman jackets and ballcaps, half in the bag, and standing on the street outside one of our bars hollering "Patriots Suck @ss" at the tops of their lungs.
Didn't last long. The next thing they saw was a pair of Patriots Blue lights flashing in their faces as the local cops arrived, and them only seconds before the locals inside the bar
You're definitely not the only one who thinks like that. That's the prerogative of a true fan. To be proud of the team, through highs AND lows.
Big props to you for wearing your hoodie in Manhattan. I got my Patriots hat sitting on the desk of my office in Jersey, which is basically NYC's 7th borough (after Long Island).
