I expect the boo birds to be out in full force this week when #81 hits the field - Should be fun to watch

I bet Randy is all geared up to do his best to have his best game of the year just like Deion did yesterday to the Patriots

I say Randy finally has that 150 yard performance he has yet to do...as long as he stays away from Nhamdi's territory, that is.

Hopefully he will play with a chip on his shoulder.

All the drive in the world isn't going to mean a thing if Cassel keeps overthrowing him. Moss has had several games where he could have put up big numbers if Cassel could make the throw.

Not really a knock on Cassel, he has more than surpassed his expectations, but just the reality of our situation. Moss needs Cassel to have a great game as well.

Apparently that guy is a great player, but.....Nobody but nobody can cover Randy Moss one on one, and the Raiders will scheme him accordingly.

I expect Randy and his teammates to do their best to have a great game. I am sure the crowd will be vocal. The fans would rather blame Randy for Oakland's mess than blame good ole Al. If I worked for a crappy company and had a better opportunity elsewhere I would jump at the chance and not look back. I once heard Randy say he has been hated all his life. So, as Randy says, Sunday will be just another day at the office.

GO PATS!

I read something on BB were he would tweak LT. While watching film he would compliment the opposing LB such as "look at the fine job he did here thats exactly how it should be played" LT would be furious.

I was thinking about the Az game and what an opportunity it would be for BB to motivate Moss with the play of Boldin And Fitz.

I'm as big a fan of Randy as anyone out here, but he has dropped a couple of Matt's passes recently. That said, I would love to see him "moon" Raiders Nation in the Concrete Jungle this week. Heck, I'd chip in to pay the fine.

WR's don't drop balls? Even great ones? How can big ol shaq ever miss a dunk? I guess he aint really that great:rolleyes:

Absolutely rediculous how some of u insunuate as if SOMEBODY always has to motivate moss to play well. Just how lilttle regard do some of u truly hold this man? It's clear to me most of u are moss fan only because he plays for the patriots. This man will finish his career second to rice in all receiving catergories that matter. And still his motivation and effort is constantly questioned. INCREDIBLE!

Why did BB need to motivate LT? Parcells and Joey Porter. Marion Barber not tough according to the Cowboy owner. Did Branch play out of his mind against his former team? Everyone needs motivation its just a matter of pushing the right buttons.

I agree Ikeman. In the Pats organization, everyone loves Randy. Not one person has ever questioned his desire or his work ethic. Not one negative word. The raves coming from BB, Brady, Welker, Harrison, Faulk, Wilfork etc speak volumes. I guess these people don't know what they are talking about. They must be confusing Randy with someone else.

Well, I don't know why Moss has dropped balls two weeks in a row, but I hope this trip is the incentive he needs to light it up on Sunday.

I'm sure there are also some in the front office that aren't too crazy about the Raider's brass and some of the crazy accusations in recent months.

Patriots 62 - Raiders 0 (and no that's not my official prediction........yet :)).

From what I've heard, they have Asomugha on the same side of the field at all times, which means that if they move Randy around he'll get his looks. Not like there's a CB that can contain Moss anyway.

I wouldn't put it past Al Davis to insist Moss get triple coverage on every play, even if Welker and Gaffney are lighting them up as a result. He holds grudges, and the team has nothing much to play for at this point.

His post game comments should be fun after he gets thru torching his old team.

That would be hysterical. Imagine if the Globe headline the next day were:

5 TDs, 350 YARDS FOR WES WELKER

I wish we were playing Minnesota I’d like to see the welcome he would get

I'm really not trying to argue, and I did see the entire game, but I cant recall a drop this week that was all on moss. Remind me?

LOL...The situation with the Raiders and the one in Minnesota are so totally different.

Trust me...I'm originally from MN and as a Vikings fan most of us have the utmost respect for Randy Moss...with all the great years he gave us....heck some of the us fans wish he was still here with the team! Just imagine Moss and AD within the same offense *sigh*...

IMHO...if Moss came back as a Patriot to play at the Metrodome...the reception he would received should be the same sort of reception KG got when he visited the Target Center (another ex-Minnesotan/now-Boston star *sigh*)...
