Looks like Jordan will be warming the bench again this week for the 11th week in a row.

Since he has yet to go on IR with what appears to have been the worst injury to a calf in league history  ,I am betting on him playing against his old team the Raiders next week

Lets hope so .....

He's questionable this week, instead of doubtful.

Thats what makes me think 'Probable' is his injury entry next week,Wouldn't surprise me to see him off it altogether next week

Jordan will run one time and exit with an injured hamstring.

This guy has been an absolute BUST for us.....I know he was great for the Jests and very good in Oakland......But he has done very little-nothing to contribute here in NE.......I am wondering why we don't cut him and take a shot at Shaun Alexander (who recently got released from Wash.)........Morris is great of course.....not sure if he can take the every down pounding however.......

Jordan's always been injury prone. That was a risk the pats took when we signed him. He signed for the vet minimum, so I wouldn't call him a bust. He'll help us out down the stretch.

Personally I'm going to be much more excited to see Randy Moss playing against his former team for the first time, the same team that said he had lost a step.

Actually, this will be the first time Moss has EVER played against a former team, as the Raiders of '05 & '06 never played the Vikings, and the '07 Pats played neither the Vikings or Raiders.

To say he was a bust is ridiculous! He didn't come here to be the #1 guy. Also, the Pats didn't break the bank to get him. It's unfortunate that he, Maroney and Morris got injured this year. Overall, it's been a bad year of injuries for the Pats.

a scrimmage against Maryland?

What's odd was that the play he injured himself on did not look that bad. He walked off the field, and looked like he would come back in. 11 weeks later... crickets.

And the fact that the original prognosis was 2 weeks...

They both got injured last year too. It's no longer a coincidence or freak accident. They're both glass.

Running backs get hurt and injured. It's part of the job. Go take a look, team by team, at which starting running backs have and haven't missed time over the past 3 seasons.

Absolutely right. It's no wonder when you think about it; a 210-240lb RB goes headlong into a collision with a guy of the same size, who usually has the help of another LB or a defensive lineman. They then do this 20-25 times per game. It's a testament to conditioning that these guys last as long as they do.

Do you want him to play hurt???

Apparently leg injuries are detrimental to running backs for some reason.

let's see if he will play tomorrow @ Sea

The ironic thing is that prior to the regular season it looked like BB had really reloaded in the secondary and at RB (granted, in the secondary [with the exception of Tank] it was mostly with rookies and scrubs). But it almost looked like we had too much backfield depth. LB was another story IMO. Regardless, this team truly has been snakebitten.

I have no idea how the guy has kept his roster spot, he has talent but what is this week 8 on the inactive list? same goes for Kelley Washington.
