Webster gets injury settlement

I guess it means the injury was NOT all that serious....I think..and they wished NOT to just cut him...makes sense...NOT bad..it also means other things...he's free to sign elsewhere and..?? He played in two games..had a nice forced fumble...NOT bad really...butt it was obvious LBs...hurt needed...Redd and Woods...NOT good..

Expect the Jets to sign him...oh wait, were not playing the Jets again...:rolleyes:

What this really means is that Webster is likely to be re-signed. Putting him on IR means he is out for the year, injury settlement means they (or anyone else) can sign him when he is healthy. Bottom line is that the Patriots needed the roster spot.
