yes...back to the first 2 weeks...both the Jets punter Hodges and Malone were on the PSquad...Hodges out gone in a few days..Malone back in...I agree something is going on. Interesting move.
Well, as a precautionary move, I can understand it.
I seem to note seeing our own punter having to, or trying to make, tackles on a regular basis these past several weeks. Although every player has a responsibility to be competent with the basics, especially tackling, seeing the kicker making the block or tackle is probably one of the last things coaches like to see.

More Gostkowski than Hansen...they did it earlier in teh year for a reason..probably SAME reason now. Just surprised it was a ST gyt instead of a positional player.
