One of the three teams that still have a winning record on the Jets remaining schedule.

I would feel significantly better going to bed Sunday night being tied record wise with the Jets, with two divisional games still on their schedule.

Hopefully Jay Cutler can take advantage of their 26th ranked pass defense.

Bronocos have a shot, or is this an easy W for the rat pack?

The problem with the Broncos is they can't stop anybody on defense.

My prediction is this will be one of those games that will be closer than most people think, with the possibility arising that the Broncos might actually win the game, only to screw it up late in the game.

I find that when I'm rooting for the upset as it's developing, it usually doesn't end that way.

I hope they do. Where's the game?

Thomas Jones and Leon Washington are going to carve up that D for 200yds on the ground.

The only hope Denver has is if NY somehow takes them lightly. I'm not betting on that.

Regards,
Chris

Of course they CAN, any team that can pass well has a chance against the Jets. I expect the Jets to win but they are far from an inpenetrable force.

I got the same feeling here. Bronco's are going to take the lead sometime late in the game only for Favre to lead a comeback. But hopefully he throws a pick and ends it instead. :D

Jets are the best team in the AFC and the Broncos are an inconsistent pile of dread.

I'm expecting a score to the tune of 41-13. This will be an absolute blowout, especially considering it's at the rat trap.

If the Jets win consider the division over because this is actually one of their "harder" games.

We can beat Pittsburgh and still be the 7th seed Sunday, that sucks.

It stings so badly that this season we single handily...

1) Started the Dolphins winning ways helping them become playoff competitors.
2) Instead of burying, resurrected Peyton Manning and the Colts from the dead.

Could of been: 3-5, with playoff hopes very hurt.
Instead: 4-4, currently on a four game winning streak and a lock to get the first Wild Card spot.

3) Instead of locking up the division, gave the keys to the lock to the Jets while in turn also making them the best team in the AFC.

I think denver flip flops on how they show up from week to week. They could have a good game and stomp, or they could fold and get stompped.

The Donkies suck and will lose. If the Raiders and Chiefs had a real team this year they would be in last. They both beat them, so that should tell you something about how great they are.
Rememnber when Cutler was the next ELWAY. Couldn't happen to a better team. I never root for the Donkies...ever!

They do have a shot. Not a great one, but a shot none the less. The Jets' pass defense isn't all that great. This could easily be a shoot out.

I don't get the Jets bandwagon jumping that is going on in the media. They were an overtime coin flip away from a loss to the Pats although the media are acting like they beat the Pats by three TDs and ignore the fact that the Pats totally dominanted them in the second half and the Jets could only stop the Pats when the Pats shot themselves in the foot. Now that they beat the Titans, many in the media have them the second or third best team in the league when they were in the 15 range two weeks ago.

I think the Jets are a top team right now, but I can see them losing as much as 3 more games this season. The Broncos could be one of those games because the Broncos can score points in the air and the Jets can't stop people from scoring points in the air.

The game is in NJ, so my head tells me the Donks don't have much of a chance.

My heart wants to go the other way. Jets and Colts are two teams I always root against.

Remember when their offense was a clone of the 2007 patriots?

Am always amazed by how different people feel about some teams based on a few points here or there. The Jets already lost to Oakland, had to score late to beat KC and were likely a coin flip away from losing to us. If a couple of these games go against them we are having an entirely different conversation. Same with the Colts. (Houston, Pittsburg, SD) Both teams did win the close games and must be given credit but to now anoit these teams as top echelon is really surprising. Denver beating NY would not surprise me one bit (nor would them getting blwon out) I see the AFC as wide open with zero top teams. There are a group of 4 or 5 teams that would be 3 or 4 seeds in a normal year. Someone will have to win it. Hopefully it will be the Pats.

Eddie Royal is key here

He will be the X-Factor if the Broncos have a shot

It does help the fact that they were manhandled at home in uncharacteristic style against the Raiduhs last week and are coming out with a desire to prove they are division leaders because they earned it and not becuase they suck just a little less than the other 3 teams in their division

I agree. I certainly don't believe the Jets are the same quality of team as recent versions of the Pats, Indy, or Pittsburgh. Head-to-head I'd pick this year's version of Pittsburgh and Indy over them 7 or 8 times out of 10.

No idea with Denver this weekend. How can you win @ Atlanta, then lose at home to the Raiders?

They should be able to pass it with Cutler, Marshall, and Royal, but it's much harder to make a case that their D will stop the Jets. A 4 or 5 turnover game from Favre would come in handy.

If its a shootout the Broncos have a shot - If the Jets show they can keep Denver to less than 10 points at halftime say goodbye

I must say that Kris Jenkins has been a monster on that defense and aside from Favre is the biggest reason for their turnaround with his addition and one of the best pickups in FA this year.

Broncos do have a shot, unless they shoot themselves on the foot. I just want the Jests to die
