I don't care what the "best" job is as long as we continue to play hard and with pride. The only argument I'm interested in is the one that says BB is the best all-time.

Co-sign. Great article by Curran. I do think 01 has to be the best achievement in Belichick's resume. And Brady's. It's the team with the least talent, yet, as Curran points out, it went 14-3 once Brady took over.

I was thinking the same thing. Though the defensive talent was probably better for the 01 team I think overall this team is more talented.

So in 01 he was doing the same to Brady as he is now to Cassell but with less talent and we know that team won the SB so until this one does the same there is no argument.

2001 was Bill Belichick's best coaching job.All anyone has to do is look at the talent on that team and compare it to today's team and there is no comparison.

Yeah, although I've got a soft spot for Bill Walsh, largely because of where I've lived for the last three decades. Either one could lead my team to war.

Totally agree. I would also add that this year debunks all the mediot arguments and discussions about BB not being able to win games without Brady.
