Hey just wondering, all last year you guys were talking about F-U TD's and about humiliating and crushing other teams, but I don't see that so much this year.

I've mostly seen a lot of whining about injuries.

I mean, just go to the Indystar boards for instance, no Pats fans there right? They don't show up after every Colts loss and run their mouths.

I'll admit, there aren't as many as last year when you guys were running your mouths nonstop, but they're still a few there running their mouths about how the "Colts got Lucky" or "The Jets got lucky" or "the Dolphins got lucky" or "the Chargers got lucky" or "wait till next year" or the "Pats will finish 6-0"........

Our fourth stringers should be good enough to beat the Jets starters and humiliate them.

As it turns out our fourth stringers are just barely good enough to beat the Jets - and if not for a coin landing heads instead of tails, certainly would have.

So I agree with you - the Patriots Junior Varsity team SHOULD be able to humilate joke franchises like the Jets. Clearly they're underperforming.

Man - that's a pretty harsh thing to say about the Jets, but I like your style. No doubt the Jets would have a tough time playing against an Arena football team - but I blame that more on the Jets coaching than the players.

Of course, you are correct in pointing out that our starting running back ISN'T a fourth stringer - actually he started out the season 6th on the depth chart (actually on the practice squad) behind Maroney, Faulk, Jordan, Morris, and Evans.

While it would be nice to be able to watch the Patriots starting QB, RB, S, and LB humiliate teams like the Jets, as you pointed out, the Patriots backups SHOULD be winning by multiple scores while being accused of running up the score (unlike the Jets who predictably choked and needed a lucky coin flip to win.)

I'll give the Jets fans credit though - deep down they KNOW had the coin landed heads they'd be crying in their juice boxes and talking about whether the Jets interim coach stands a chance of turning things around.
