Why we won and why we lost

The intresting part of last night game was special teams. Last game even with a weaker offence we got excellent field postion. The jets were pinned deep and matt cassell was give the ball like 3 times at the 50 yd line and we had some huge return.

This time around the jets had excellent field position due to leon washington and ghost/weather effect on kickoffs. Also the KR for a TD compounded the whole effect.Favre started near the 40-50 yd line a few times.


Field Position won the last one and Field postion lost us this one..

Pats were 4 of 14 on third downs,it's all very well tossing for 300 yards + but if you can't convert your 3rd downs you'll struggle.
Can't really understand the criticism of the defence, they held up for most of the while but Favre was too good for them on the day.That's the difference between their quarterback and ours, he converts 3rd downs, ours doesn't.
