Funny, just the other day it was rumored that they were going to have to use Lisa Leslie's ACL to patch him up.

“I haven’t seen him today,” Green-Ellis said, but “I just like to hear his voice. I like the sound of his voice. ... He’s Brady. He’s cool. He’s real cool.”

LOL Me too Benny...

Great news. Its just one small step to his returning to the field. Its a long way to go, but with all of the negative news surrounding Brady as of late, this is a sign that Brady is progressing. Im sure the team will get a boost from seeing Brady around. Even if its just keeps them a bit more loose in preparing for a game.

I love the quote from Green-Ellis. The Rookie is smart. Brady is in fact "very cool".

Great news to hear. Hopefully things will only progress from here.:singing:

sounds like law firm has a little man-crush

Could we possibly catch a glimpse of Brady at the game Thursday?

What I mean to say not to be a smart ass, I think we wont be hearing from Brady till next Apr at the earliest..

He's not the only one - many of us do :D

Didn't you read the terms of service when you signed up? Buried in the fine print:

15. All posters must develop a crush on Tom Brady. Crushes on other Patriots are encouraged, but not required.

:D

Could be worse, though. This goes way beyond a simple "man crush"--and it's not even about Brady. :)

ABsolUTEly GREAT news! And I think it would be awesome if Tom did put in an appearance on Thursday night - just walk out on the field, wave to the fans, shake Troy's hand, and walk off. The electricity in that building would just jolt the Jets right back to the Swamplands they crawled out of.

Safety Rodney Harrison also has been back at Gillette Stadium since having surgery for a torn quadriceps muscle in his right thigh that ended his season on Oct. 20, during a 41-7 win over Denver.

I haven't really been following Rodney's injury, but I had thought that he was done for the season and pretty much his career was over...? If thats the case why's he back working out? Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see Rodney back in action, but from what I gathered his career was over... is that not the case? Can we really hope that he might be back this season or next year?

When SD played the Pats on prime time a few weeks ago Merriman was on the sidelines despite being on IR and it seemed to fire up their D that night

I would hope Brady would be there 1 night for the offense's fire but I doubt it since BB runs a different ship and wants no distraction that turner doesn't mind

Don't be fooled by this false reporting. It's common knowledge that, Brady, having accomplished all he can in life and now a father, plans to retire due to injury.

hehehe

well, if he does, I sure hope Culpepper will be available :D

Holy great way to start work today,,,:)

Cool hand Luke is back yuking it up with the gang. He is so admired and respected in that lockerroom man, it's nuts.

I actually like the timing too, get him back in the room, get the chemistry going. Get him to fire up the troops for the second half.

I think it sucks for Matt but I hope he understands that he is not going to be back next year as this year he will take 'em into the playoffs and show teams that he can get starting qb $$. For that reason I want him to play for himself.

Tom's our guy and they should continue to develop the other backup qb's. Matt will be moving on, but I hope he does. It is good for him and good for us because it will have meant that he played well as a starter on our team, possibly getting us to the AFC championship game. I and pulling big time for Cassel.

Great new Brady, be smart and man it will be nice to see you back out there...
