Thomas is done for the season. He will have surgery on the arm next week. You heard it here first.

Great

That leaves us with Redd or a street FA. Colvin, where are you ?

is this speculation or do you have a team source?

Reading his post, it's clear he's suggesting the latter unfortunately.

Re: Adalius Thomas update

A source that is never wrong. It should come out in the next day or so. Thomas broke his arm in the 1Q and tried to play with it in the 2Q. The break is going to require surgery. I'm going to get ripped, but it will come out soon.

Btw Mods, my source was not Sterns, I broke the story before him on this board.

Butch Stearns of Fox 25 in Boston just reported that Thomas is telling friends he has a broken arm and is out for the season. He supposedly broke it on a tackle of Fred Jackson, stayed in for another series wearing a sleeve on it, but was noticeably favoring it. He will reportedly have surgery sometime this week.

I already told you this. Btw, Sterns was not my source. I learned what went down after the game.

Will Seau be back to play outside?

Perhaps see more 4-3?

Man, that sucks. What a letdown...he was really playing well this year.

I don't think Rosie will come back. Can Woods take over and be effective? I didn't really notice him good or bad today.

Crap. We cannot catch a break (no pun intended).

Well that puts a real damper on the victory celebration.

Colvin? Seau?

no you didn't, I heard Stearns say it at 10:18 on fox news, nice try.

I do not remember a season where the Patriots lost so many key players? It is a credit to the team, coaches, depth and league parity that they are still in the race for the division.

This sucks. I am guessing that we will see a veteran from our past in here soon enough.

This blows. I hope Vrabel steps his play to make up for the loss.
