Re: Who do you blame the loss to?

I blame Sammy Morris and Lamont Jordan for getting hurt.

and I blame Tom Brady for getting is knee busted up.

and I blame Asante Samuel for chasing the money.

and I blame Bill for not going after Faneca.

and I blame Peyton for something, not quite sure yet.

and I blame Mayo for being an impact rookie.

and I blame whoever operates the roof at Lucas Oil Stadium.

and I blame Cassel for not starting in College.

and I blame the Law firm of BenJarvis Geen Ellis for not sucking as bad as he should.

and I blame myself for not wearing my lucky hat (I was tired and watched from bed).

and I guess there is a lot of blame to go around, but none of it is really relevant today.

Don't forget BB's attire LOL:D

Re: Who do you blame the loss to?

Can't believe that Thomas' personal foul isnt number one on this poll. You still had at least a tie in the works, if not a win. His dumb arse cost you the game, bottom line.

Re: Who do you blame the loss to?

I love watching Vince's love taps! Randy Moss not fine with refs - BostonHerald.comThomas' love-in on Mathis was sweet too.

Play genuine NFL nerf footyball with genuine Commissar Goodall approved nerf panties - but beware the "bunch" formations.

I watched the Dallas-Giants game and the New Era Goodell Refs called Justin Tuck for a personal foul for wrapping and tackling Old Man Johnson (or wait Bollinger?) on a sack attempt. There was no lateness or bad behaviour. They just didn't like that it was hard and could have been hurtful. I know they think there trying to minimize and get late and borderline hits outta the game but they're making it NOT football. Very sad.

That's why you are a Chargers fan.......the easiest answer is the only answer.

And the dumbest response was yours, which I guess, makes you a Pats fan. Easiest answer? I didnt say it was the only answer, but it's certainly the obvious one. It took the Pats right out of the game. No chance to make up for it. Ended the drive right there. Who do you blame...Gaffney?

Re: Who do you blame the loss to?

Voted other. Sorry guys... thought there was a chance of getting lucky before the game, so I shaved Sunday morning. My bad. Will never shave on game day again.

Dumb's the wrong word....perhaps easiest. I don't blame anyONE or anyTHING, there's no sense to it and it is flawed logically. It's a team game and when you go back and change one thing it changes the course of future events.

Gaffney cost a sure 3 points and a 99%+ 4th point. Thomas cost a very missable field goal. OF COURSE Gaffney's mistake was more to blame if you take the most direct results into account. Really, it's not debatable.

I blame the 11 guys on the field and the coaches that got us into that situation.

Blaming Thomas is reactionary. Did he contribute to the loss, yes - Could we have scored a few more times and then that foul would have meant absolutely nothing, yes. So in the end if you want to blame Thomas and give the rest of the team a pass, go ahead - But you would be wrong.

Or you could go here:

http://forums.chargers.com/index.php

And discuss what it will take to get your team into the play offs.

Re: Who do you blame the loss to?

First, I blame the Colts for playing well with pretty much mistake free football

2nd I do fault Josh for not throwing more inside the RZ, that horrible predictable wildmeowser play and for trying the WR screens when the safetys were close to the LOS WTF?

3rd I fault The Hut for droping a great TD throw on a great call by Josh

4th Dave Thomas for not sensing that the play was over

5th Our coach for making "Flashback to Feb" like decisions

My confidence in the 2008 Pats Team has increased because aside from decent play by the Colts, nothing here not readily correctable. This team will learn from this close game loss.

Re: Who do you blame the loss to?

I voted for Other - as in All of the Above. Each of the choices, plus DT's penalty, contributed to the loss. Gafney's drop may have been the worst, though: that directly cost us 4 points in a game which we lost by 3. Not only did his drop waste 4 minutes of game time, but also we would've had one more time-out to use, e.g. for a challenge that we might've had an actual chance of winning.

Re: Who do you blame the loss to?

Other.

STFU and move on. The Pat's have the two most important games of the season coming up. We have to be prepared for both of them since they are both at home.
