Let's roll out for some Lobstas and Shimps.

Disclaimer:
It should be noted that this thread was designed for sweet pictures. The [barely] amusing captions to do not reflect the views of anyone, including the person typing them up as he has done so only under the fear that not killing time thusly would lead to his forced viewing of the new Knight Rider.

And my fave:

Deltha gets shat upon by too many of you guys, imo.

As I predicted, happiest guy to get cut all year.

...Lobstas and Shimps.
"Shimps?" I must have gotten some of your glue over the interwebz, I'm picturing the Wicked Witch of the West's flying monkeys spitted and roasted with plantains and Elephant garlic cloves.

Knight Rider? The wife is into talking cars?

Knight Rider is a painful story. My therapist says to talk about it, but I don't wanna.

As far as "shimps", it's fonetiklee spelled. I have a buddy who is ridiculously white, but is always rollin' with some gangsta speak.

O'Neal is a maroon. A couple games ago he intercepted a long pass on fourth down. Had he knocked it down (FOURTH DOWN, KNOCK IT DOWN) we would have had 40 yards better field position.

Today, the situational maroon caught a pass and instead of going down which would insure the win, stupidly ran through a gauntlet of would-be ball strippers. Yeah, it turned out okay, but no thanks to Deltha "Call me Marlon McCree" O'Neal. Sometimes you have to know when to go down. O'Neal doesn't. The only reason he was on the field was that the great Mike Richardson was hurt during kickoff coverage a couple plays before.

I didn't like the O'Neal signing, but figured in BB I trust. And I do. But I continue to fart in O'Neal's general direction.

Gangsta? Must be an old chain gang dialect. Shimps was just one of those mentally evocative moments, it isn't everyday I see flying monkeys roasted in my mind's eye.

Sure it isn't... :p

Dude, up until a few weeks ago, he was a Bungle. Bad habits take time to break. :) [Besides which, I'm sure he got ragged for that the next day.]

At least he is not one of our DBs to drop game-ending INTs in the Superbowl (I believe that both Asante and Meriweather were guilty, let me know if I left anybody else out). That still smarts.

Remember when the great Ty Law did the exact same thing against Tuna's 'Boys in that freezing Cold Sunday Night game in '03? In both instances I was yelling "GET DOWN! YOU FOOL!"

O'Neal is not the first nor will he be the last player to get excited when intercepting the ball and not go down fast enough.

Bottom line is that he made a game saving interception. He deserves the credit for that. Save your criticism for when he really screws up.

Except that Asante's was gift wrapped with a pretty bow on top, while Meriweather's play would have been hard for almost anyone to turn into an INT.
