Who will the Pats bring in?

I don't think they will or they would have started already. They must have know for couple of days and haven't done anything so far.

If the team plays well this weekend with no additional RB injuries then I think they will wait it out.

But then again, I don't run the team:D

Yeah, they run BJGE with Faulk as a change up. And you know we'll see Heath Evans in there running for some short yardage when they want to spell BJGE.

Or, this could be one of those games where we run 10,000 screens to Faulk and Welker in lieu of a conventional running game. Or maybe even some screens to Watson (he's still on this team, right?).

That'll have to do until either Morris or Jordan come back, as there's not a ton of roster room to add another back.

If they had more time..as a possibility..(meaning something they thought of months ago...) Mark Dillard who is on the PSqd...he played RB in college for a few years before conversion to the DBackfield....Well...it's certainly a thought...but..given the idea of past stars...OR impossible trades..I think they stick with what they have..

Right. If Belichick didn't think they could play, they wouldn't be on the team.

Supposedly we have a deep team, yet every time a starter gets hurt, Chicken Littles go bonkers running around in full flap mode.

There is a reason they are called backups.

Space - I'm not being chicken little about this. I am beal real. Fact remains that We are down to TWO RBs, Faulk and BenJarvus Green-Ellis. Jordan's status is in question. Morris is out for 2-3 weeks.

The Pats have brought in backs previously for a look-see. One of them was Gado. With Faulk's injury history and BJGE being an untested rookie, not having a 3rd true RB is a recipe for disaster.

But where do you put someone on the roster? Would we like to have another running back (or 8)? Sure. But who gets cut/sent to PS?

Didn't we beat Miami on the road in 05 with Heath Evans? Back when they had a very
good defense. I think we had some other guys out like Branch and Graham.
Maybe, one of Brady's greatest games as a Pat.

When asked about the possibility of John Lynch coming in, BB replied'"the rosters full."

--we sit tight

Correy Dillon: our running has never been the same since he left and we have 0 rings too.

I'm not as worried about the untested rookie part, but given the absence of ANY game active full time RB depth I am worried about the not improbable event of BJGE geting injured during Sunday's game.

We have had games in the past where Faulk was basically the guy. I can't remember the outcomes.

Didn't Slater Play RB as one of his many many many Postion I wouldn't be surprised to see him in there too.
