The largest at this point of the season last year was the week three 31 point beat down on Buffalo.

The Broncos blowout (34 points) would also rank as the third highest of the 2007 Patriots season.

Pretty impressive.

I think the point the OP is trying to make is that Matt Cassel sucks, that BB is moron for not getting a Vet and Pioli ought be tarred and feathered for even considering drafting Cassel in the first place.

Thank you for your analysis.

I'm not thinking about last year, I'm preparing for the St. Louis Rams on Sunday.

This seems pretty irrelevant, unless you're trying to argue that the '08 Pats are as good as the '07 Pats, which is ridiculous.

They had a very good game, which followed on the heels of a very bad game. That's what happens to normal NFL teams sometimes, didn't seem to happen to the '07 Pats much.

That's amazing. Maybe not relevant to the quality of the teams, but still shocking given how many blowouts we had last year.

4-2 is a lot better than 3-3. This team is treading water right now and that is not necessarily a bad thing.
