Alright its a bit early in the week for this question but since I thought this was an interesting question I thought I would bring it to the forefront

Who do you want to see win on Monday Night - Tennessee or Indianapolis?

Reasons for argument....

Tennessee to win to bring the Colts even farther down the path to mediocrity even as a win by the Titans increases their chances of 1 of the 2 top seeds with a 7-0 record and all but solidifies thier lead in the division and the Colts a wildcard possibility at best and would open the door for NE as at least a WC if NE wins thier game agianst the Rams.

Indianapolis to win for the reason they will be extremely hyped up for the matchup the next week against the Patriots and a loss in Tennessee will not only make them hungry for a win at Lucas Oil against NE but would make that game a MUST win.

Personally I want to see Indianapolis win on monday since I don't want to see the Pats play a team that is in a must win situation, especially with a great quarterback having to carry the team on his shoulders and with Indy coming off a short week it could be hard to come back down to earth after a big win on the road against thier division rival - But if they lose it becomes desperation time with only wildcard hopes left for the Colts and that could mean playing out of their minds against NE.

Its only week 7 but the Colts HAVE to win this game to have any shot at the division,I would not want to play them this week, even if they don't look very good right now

I think Fitzy sums it up best--"No matter who wins, don't we all lose?" :D

Tenessee. By far. Although I don't like the Titans after the Harrison incident back in 2006, I hate the Colts far far more and would love to see them reeling at 3-4.

From a Patriots standpoint we are more likely to be competing with the Colts for a wildcard than with the Titans for a #1 or #2 seed.

Titans. I want them to go 16-0, face NE in the divisional round and go one-and-done.

KC let me down in 2003 for this scenario, so come on Tennessee!

Regards,
Chris

I prefer to see the Colts lose at all costs. I don't really take pleasure in the misery of any other team other than the Colts. I still wished Houston had a QB smart enough to realize that 2 punts and giving your defense a chance is how to win games when you're as inept as they are.
Either way, win or lose, Indy will be 'up' for the NE game. I don't think Coach Dung-y wants to lose to a Brady-less Pats team. If they win against Tennessee, they can't afford to lose momentum and lose the following week. If they lose, they can't afford another loss if they intend to even sniff the playoffs.

Lol

i want the colts to win...

i would say titans, but we dont play them this yr, so i dont know if we get a chance to show them how u beat an undefeated team...

if the titans were on our schedule this yr, i would say titans, but things as they are, ill root for teh colts

(btw, the titans are taht good)

Definitely the Titans. They're a very good team, but they're one dimensional on offense. If the Patriots make the playoffs, it's not likely to be as a top seed, and possibly as a wildcard, so I'd rather have a team with that sort of weakness seeded higher to exploit. Plus, I always want the Colts to lose.

I am divided.

I really would like to see the last undefeated lose.

Also I am an optimist and would like to believe that a titans loss helps us when it comes to the bye/home field for the playoffs after we sweep the Jills. But realistically a Colts loss probably helps more in the WC race.

I guess I just don't give a crap about the game.

I'm hoping for a hard hitting contest in which Colts players are carted off the field with one week injuries that would enable them to come back after the Pats game. :D

lol! Just think of all the good Manning faces for that game! Go Titans! (but Lose next week):singing:

Titans. Not even close. I would love to see the colts miss the playoffs.

I will never hope the Colts win, unless it's in a situation where we're going to miss the playoffs if they don't.

I hope they lose in the last minute of the game or something equally draining to add to the fact that it'll be a short week for them against us.

So you are hoping for a tie then eh? ;)

Yeah, I wouldn't mind a hard-fought, 75-minute [sic] battle that ends in a 0-0 tie, and leaves everyone exhausted for week 9. :D

[BTW--I was especially POd when the Squealers managed to eke out that 3-0 win in the final minute against the LOLphins. They were that close to sending a 0-0 tie into overtime.

I really could go either way..in some ways I want to see the Titans lose..so that the Colts are coming off a big win..only to fall flat against the Pats... on the other hand, it's always fun to see Dungy and company go down the tubes...

I want the Colts to get their throats stomped on. I'd like to see the Titans run it, run it, run it. A bruising running game that demoralizes the Colts with a final score of 34-10. I want the Colts punished and soundly beaten. I want to see Albert Haynesworth body slamming Goober into the turf repeatedly, albeit cleanly. Soften them up so that we come in next week and kick them in the groin, not so cleanly.
This is the Colts we are talking about people!
Destroy! Destroy! Destroy!

And don't think that the Titans have forgotten all the whippings that the Colts have laid on them over the past 5 years. This will be a very physical game with the Titans anxious to show the rest of the league that there has been a powershift in the division.

Beat me to it...

A Colts loss doesn't help/hurt New England in the standings. A Titans loss would bring the Pats possibly within ONE game of the top spot in the AFC. I'll reluctantly take Indy winning.

Titans, no doubt. We're currently in line for the #1 wild card spot, so it's in our best interest to see the other teams who are in contention for that lose. The Titans are going to the playoffs either way, so sending the Colts to 3-4 can only be a good thing.
