Maybe BB can also be his backup singer for his pop band.

Re: BB:Matt is our Quarterback

I can hardly wait for the fanboy fringe to depart! :singing:

Assuming they keep their word...

Please don't hold your breath, because there's no way in hell I'm giving you mouth-to-mouth.:p

Re: BB:Matt is our Quarterback

3) Trade deadline today – no moves expected. The NFL trade deadline is today, and Belichick was asked if anything was on the horizon. “I don’t think so,” he said. “I’d say there is a less than 1 percent chance of anything happening there.”

So maybe the endless speculation will end too:D

Re: BB:Matt is our Quarterback

i guess he will live and die with crappy cassal, but in the end belichick will look like a fool, allowing himself to have a high school qb as his backup

Re: BB:Matt is our Quarterback

we are going to watch a few painful games next weeks.

The only logical conclusion which I can see is none QB wants to sign 1 year deal with Pats. Therefore, we stuck with Cassel.

Re: BB:Matt is our Quarterback

With crappy play out of our OL and injuries to RB's, Matt is the sacrificial lamb in this could be lost season. Better hope there is improved line play on both sides of the ball. That is what next week's game is all about. We could sink to as low as 6 and 10.

Re: BB:Matt is our Quarterback

No the speculation wont stop, trade dead line does not mean you cannot sign any free agents(culpepper, rattay etc). Only means you cannot trade.

I agree with this to an extent - but Holy Moly that guys field vision sucks out loud! And, he panicks too quickly in the pocket. How can you all not see this?

Have you noticed any change from week 1 to now? Has Cassel made any progress at all? Has he gotten better or worse? Has the O-Line given him sufficient time to go through his 4th and 5th reads? Has the O-Line given you confidence that Cassel should not panic and be able to slide around in a nicely formed pocket?
