Is knocking down the QB not an important part of the game anymore?

Is putting pressure on the QB not an important part of the game anymore?

The Patriots have no pass rush.

Call me Chicken little if that's what gets you off. Then show me where the pass rush is.

Thanks, Dude!!! I have been saying this all night. How can the secondary stop anyone when Rivers has all day back there? The best secondaries get lit up when the opposing QB has all day to throw.

Perhaps Crable's athleticism is needed on passing downs.

Ive been saying this for 2 years,BB must understand what pressure does to a QB just look at what happened to Brady in the superbowl..They dont have the horses anymore...

There is no pass rush, this defense is terrible. The Patriots can only go as far as the defense will take them and that ain't very far. Hope there are some quality bodies in next years draft because we are finally gonna be in good position draft wise. Where's Vrable? Where's Seymour?

Delta O'Neal is a one man wrecking crew, for SD that is!

But man where is the pass rush? Absolutely no pressure anywhere.

I hate to dawg the guy, but why does Adalius Thomas suck this season? He's doing nothing from the outside, and he can't cover a lick on pass defense.

Vrabel makes me wonder. He was so good last year. Sey has done nothing for years. before it was the injuries, now there is no excuse.

He's over the hill ( like most of the d)

I don't want to pick out a player in particular and blame him, its a team game.

My question is a general one. Where is our pass rush?

Vrabel was great until the first Giants game last year, where he looked AWFUL. He has looked awful or invisible every game since then (with the exception of his 2 sacks against a horrible KC team). I honestly think he is more "done" than Bruschi is.
Seymour has become so much of a block occupier that it seems like he forgets how to actually get off the blocks rather than just holding them.

More blitzes might help...something has to be changed during the halftime break.

Maybe it's just be but I've noticed a lot more blitzes up the middle probably to stop LT. They wont get to Rivers unless they start blitzing from the outside, though then you give LT room to run.

Cassel is making Welker look bad
