Ridiculous statement; his last two albums have been his strongest since the late 80's, and he's still one of the best stadium artists around. My biggest fear when I heard this was of the Pats getting to the Super Bowl and losing; I didn't really mind trashing my one Tom Petty CD - and I still switch off the radio the second I hear Freefalling - but I own pretty much everything Springsteen's ever recorded - and Born to Run was the first album my daughter heard.

Funny, hearing Tom Petty doesn't bother me. I guess that's becasue I won $30 by picking American Girl as his opener. Unfortunatley that was the best part of the SB for me.

But if I ever hear Stronger by Kanye West, I find myself changing the station or getting out of the area ASAP. That song still bugs the crap out of me.
