This defense is not all that good..I have been saying this for 2 years and i dont want to hear stats, all i know is that 2 years in a row the defense allowed 2 long drives which cost the Patriots 2 more superbowl victories.Am i the only one that is seeing this.. ??????

Today was the icing on the cake

Front seven is still strong, despite today's performance. Bruschi, god bless him, cant cover the pass anymore. The corners and safeties worry me a bit. Merriweather didnt play well. Hobbs gives guys a 10 yd cushion on EVERY play. Those 5-7 yd outs vs Hobbs is money all the time.

Money any time his responsibility is the deep zone... Good plays/reads by the other team based on our defense called.

I would THINK that the 5-7 yd cushion is what the defensive coaches call for..
Maybe I'm wrong, but I have a hard time believing that they would continue to allow that kinda cushion without their grace.

Why don't you pack it in and rind a front runner to root for. Your obviously not a real fan, if you were you wouldn't be weeping in every post.
Or are you just a troll who came here to stirr the pot.

Dude you are out of your mind.

They were out schemed by trickery. Look at their statisitcal performance last year - they were in the Top 5.

Please hop off the Tobin with the other spoiled Boston fans tomorrow morning on your way into work.

Yes, our defense sucks and we will lose every game for the rest of the season.

Wow nice response,im a realist I love this team and it sickens me to see this team look like this..Some of you just pretend to say nothing is wrong they will be ok.Get real they are not ok.

i also think so. i assume when they play zone they play press and vice versa or something like that ..i am not sure. lot of mediots say ,press at the line of scrimmage is important but iam sure BB knows what he is coaching for a long time. there is a reason a lot of corners play that way.

RB's taking driect handoffs and throwing TD passes are NOT what goes for passe in the NFL.

Thats why they outfaked us - knowing our Defense is GREAT.

Please seek some perspective.
