Ok, all week its, MIAMI SECONDARY SUCKS! Why not throw the frickin ball to him deep? Moss can catch it in double-triple coverage. Cassel didn't throw the ball deep once. I am sorry, but you have to try. You cannot dink and dunk all season. Cassel needs to grow some balls and huck it deep. I don't get how against MIAMI you don't throw one ball deep. If I were Moss I'd be pissed.

I agree. I don't get it either.

It's the playcalling. Blame McDaniels or Belichick Not Cassel.

And Moss was giving up on plays anyway.

I don't get it. Cassel just looks for the dump off every play, he refuses to go down field. Your not the only one annoyed.

I thought so too, but different players run different routes ya know. Are you telling me the only guy open is Welker or the RB? McDaniels is no Weis, but Cassel isn't throwing to anyone down field either.

Yeah, partially the playcalling, but come on...he's tried a few longer throws, and after seeing those attempts I'd say there's a reason the playcalling was what it was.

Either Josh is brain dead (possible) or the staff doesn't believe Cassel can complete the passes to Moss.

Not sure what can be done if Josh is brain dead but if Cassel can't perform then get someone in who can.

Moss quit on one pass over the middle that should have been a big completion and almost ended up as an interception. He didn't adjust his route on another pass where Cassel was blitzed and got hammered (roughing the passer), and that one did get intercepted.

The team would have been better off benching Moss instead of throwing him the ball. He looks as if he's injured and unfocused.

Cassel just isn't that good of a QB. They know that. It's all safe stuff they called for him all game. I don't care what anyone say, it's time to look for another QB. Most may not like Culpepper, but he's better than Cassell:(

6.9 yds a completion....

Why throw him the ball if he's gonna give up on the route? Which is what Moss did at least once today on a perfectly thrown ball by Cassel. Had Moss had his arms out, he makes the catch and picks up another 3-4 yards with no problem.

Not true at all. Not that there was much open down field. Also, its hard to go downfield when the offensive line isn't getting you time. I mean, if Kaczur can't stop that turd loud mouth, Joey Porter, then there are bigger problems than QB.

If Moss hadn't given up on that play he would have been decapitated by the defender who was coming at him full bore. Yeah, he could have done more to go get it, but it wasn't a good place to put the ball.

Because Cassel threw him a suicide ball with the LB or Safety coming. He would have been totally exposed on that play.

Or, the staff realized that Kaczur sucks, but they've got nothing better and that there was no way to get Cassel the time he'd need to go down field.

In fact, the entire O-line stunk it up today. They looked only about half as bad as they did in the SuperBowl.

He quit on a 3rd down pass that would have been a first down. Stop letting your dislike of Cassel color your analysis.

WHAT? You must be blind or something because the LB was 10 yards away and the Safety was providing help over the top and was 10 yards back. Its why he was able to almost intercept the ball.

It was no suicide ball. Figures that people makes excuses for Moss and unintelligently blame Cassel.

If Moss had reached out for that ball, number 24 (Hill) was on a suicide smack mission to tag him. Maybe Randy should've toughed it out, and maybe he would have if the score would've been more competitive, but that play was on Cassell and Moss.
