they just showed a clip from past weeks with TJ saying -"if the patriots win the SB without brady i will bet boomer's job on it".and then they cut off saying TJ isnt the only one talking abt the pats and showed joey porter. Funny thing was TJ isnt even that confident about his claim to put his own job on the line. . Everytime the pats are bought he seems to rally everyone to say "why are still relevant?". Sure without brady the pats chances have significantly lessened but thats an easy claim to make for jackson.

sorry. Basically tom jackson on countdown said the pats will not win the SB without brady and he will bet chris berman's job on it. and then ESPN showed joey porter with the voice over that "tom jackson isnt he only one saying stuff about the pats".
my point was , if he is so confident about the pats not being able to win this yr why not bet your own job instead of berman's even though it was in jest...

TJ has always hated the Pats...I don't really know why, maybe it's because he's a Bronco at heart.

The theory I've heard most often is he hates Belichick for dismantling the Broncos' offense in SB XXI (when BB was DC for Parcells' Giants.)

It wouldn't surprise me, but it's really petty and pathetic if that's the case. So you got beat by someone better than you, that's nothing to be ashamed of. I don't hate Tom Coughlin and the current Giants for last February. (Except ShEli, but I've hated him ever since he entered the league.)
