Why give him attention for writing an article that basically reinforces the sad fact that the rest of the NFL fan base is admittedly composed of a bunch of callous, jealous losers?

Why give him attention for writing an article that basically reinforces the sad fact that the rest of the NFL fan base is admittedly composed of a bunch of callous, jealous losers?

Just angered me,not because it was Brady or could have been another Patriots player it could have been one of our biggest rival players on another team and still would have irritated me.

To cheer on an injury that is not totally free from being a career ending one if complications came down the road,the knee is probably one of the worst places to attain an injury since it is a weak area of the body to sustain a blow and nothing to brush off and no one can assume everything will be perfect a year from now,its a serious issue and I will be concerned until I see Brady run a few laps in camp if he is healthy enough by then before I can take a deep breath and realize he is back to near normal again.

People who write this crap don't think before they spew this insensitive sh!t

To me, it clearly has some characteristics of satire, but it's not written terribly well so it's difficult to ascertain for sure his intent.

It's obviously satire. An amateurish job of it, but...

To start this article off on a positive note, Tom Brady is incredibly modest. If I had done all that he had, I would've been gloating about it to an extent that would make T.O.'s touchdown celebrations look tame. However, through it all, Brady has remained humble about his success.

Unfortunately, this humility is one of the reasons that most NFL fans despise the quarterback. It would be so much easier to dislike him were he arrogant. Yet with his calm and exact demeanor it makes it difficult for fans to hate Brady as a person, which makes them even angrier when reflecting on their own supposedly unjustified rage toward the man.

He's trying to imply that Brady is modest and not worthy of hate, most likely by fans that are jealous, but he doesn't pull it off.

Man, it doesn't take much to be a senior staff writer at Maryland, does it? Damn, if I had turned in that quality of writing when I was in college I would have been lucky to get a C.

But it is just from an average joe mouthing off on the net! It's a student newspaper, written by some random undergrad volunteer making a baby-steps attempt at humor.

Everybody, can we please, please stop hunting all over the internet to find something, anything negative that some random schmo said about Patriots, then starting a whole thread about it? There is absolutely no information conveyed by this.
