Its kinda funny. He doesn't come out and say anything, but you can read a lot between the lines. Unfortunately, I read it two different ways, and I'm not sure which is the "correct" way.

1) He hates Favre because Favre just wings it.

2) He is upset about having a bad day and that has nothing to do with Favre.

well he doesnt fawn over playing with a "future HOF,favre" etc unlike their other players do.
i thought he was a bit unhappy from these comments.

Let's face it. Coles is a pretty touchy guy and Favre has not been known to be a leader who will reach out to his teammates and make the extra effort to mend bridges. They ain't exactly a marriage made in heaven.

Coles and Pennington were reportedly very close and it seems like Coles is having a difficult time with the transition.

Coles was VERY upset about Pennington being cut. Pennington had to talk with Coles and tell him that it would be alright. Coles had refused to speak with anyone (reporters) since Chad was released. Now that he is talking, I think his head is somewhere in Vince Young - land.
