Coach Bill Belichick will preach fundamentals and cook up another brilliant game plan to put his team in position to win. The Patriots adapt remarkably well, and they have too much pride to fold in the face of adversity. The circumstances may seem to the Jets like a gift from the football gods, but we think the Patriots' veteran leadership and character will see them through this week.Prediction

Thats kinda stunning....would have thought FESPN would call the JEST out for like eleventy billion to zip!!

i think "unoriginal" other post is a better scouting info than this stuff. predicting a 3 pt win without any substance. anyone can do it .they also predict the colts will beat the pats in foxboro in the divisional playoff game because we didnt have any corners.

Actually Scout Inc. does give a pretty detailed break down of the game. They may not be right all the time, but they do put some substance behind their breakdowns.

i think it will be a larger deficit than that in favor of the pats, but those guys are paid to guess this stuff. we'll see....

Colin Cowherd always has Schlereth and Wingo on to do their picks, they were on today and both said "Jets" very quickly. No hesistation. So Cowherd stopped and said, "....really?". I have a feeling those 2 would've picked the Jets even with a healthy Brady.

My guess is they are basing it solely on Favre vs. Cassel, which is a clear cut sign that they have no idea what they're talking about. You don't compare QB to QB, you compare the QBs to the opposing defenses.

With that comparison, there's no way you can say definitively that the Jets are going to win, at least not that quickly.

No, you compare entire team/coaching staff vs entire team/coaching staff.
