That's one of the few times that I agree with Curt Schilling. They are not just stupid, they are CLASSLESS.

There are many qualities I like about him, and many I don't. I love what he did for the Red Sox, and always will. I also love that he's a huge nerd and is not ashamed of it.

His political viewpoints are a bit anathema to me, which is fine, but he does tend to be particularly pig-headed about them, which is not.

Well, he himself admits saying stupid things, and then he has to apologize.

Personally I neve got behind him just because I thought of him as a hired gun, and that part turns me off to baseball.

He never shuts up and is one of the biggest self promoters out there. Most people dont care what he thinks. Just go out and throw the ball.

Well, I don't know. I think the problem is that he speaks his mind about an awful lot of things that have nothing to do with baseball and can be rather obnoxious about it. It's like when celebrities spout off about politics and most people wish they would STFU and just do their damn movies.

In this case, though, I agree with him and am glad he said it.

He's just another celebrity who likes to talk a lot. I disagree with his politics but don't fault him for his opinions. I just turn off the radio when he's on because I know I'll be able to mow the lawn and paint the house by the time he finishes.

Reporters and fans complain all the time that they can never get athletes to open up and talk. Then when one like Curt people complain that they don't like his opinion. I don't agree with everything that Curt says, but if he gives his honest opinion on something, he certainly has a right to do it.

I love him calling out NY fans as bitter, becuase lets face it, they are. Would you rather be a fan of the yanks, jets, and knicks right now, or a fan of the pats, redsox, celtics. hmmm.

I saw something on ESPN news where they were talking to 4 reporters about Schilling's comments. They totally danced around whether or not what he said was accurate and focused on how Curt Schilling talks a lot.

He is so bad that even that moron Chad Johnson is probably embarassed about how big a media whore Schilling is.
