Ticket exchange will get all my tickets

Re: Ticket exhchange will get all my tickets.

I was thinking of bussing down to see the Pats this year but I'm going to wait until next year now. I don't think this makes me a fair weather fan, I still support my team. But I live in Nova Scotia and if I'm going to travel all that way I'd like to get to see him play. I'm not exactly a rich guy, I'm not poor but if I'm going to spend all that money on a trip like that I'd like to see my favorite player play.

If that makes me fair weathered in your eyes so be it. If I was already a season ticket holder and lived in the viscinity I'd still go.

I am still going to watch every Pats game this year, but I am going to put
all of my tickets on ticket exchange.

You waiting list people should get a good shot at tickets.

Too much money for Cassel.

I have had tickets since 1979.
I am no bandwagon fan... I sat through the Ron Earhardt 2-12 1981
season, The Rod Rust and **** McPhearson 1-15 seasons.

The tickets are just too expensive to watch Cassel.
When I sat through all the losing seasons, I was single
with a pocket full of cash. I am now a married man
father of two who can find a better way to spend $234
per week.

I will root for Cassel as I watch him on HDTV.

You're not a bandwagon fan. You're not even a fan. Period.

I just checked ticketexchange and there are tickets available for every single game except the Steelers. The rats are jumping off the ship.

Maybe this guy is on to something

Word out of Foxboro is that Bob Kraft is looking to sell the ownership rights to the Patriots for the rest of the season now that Brady is out.

Thats great more tickets for me :D

I will share this story, in 2001, I bought 2 tickets to the Colts vs Pats hoping to see Bledsoe the week before the hit that changed the franchise for ever happened, and went to see Brady's first game.. Never give up on your team.... do it for reasons because finacial, but not because there is a 16 besides a 12..

:finger:

Regards,
Chris

If Brady were playing you'd still go to these games?

Find a new team.

I would have thought the tickets were the same price for Cassel as they were for Brady! That's awful that they are now too expensive for you! I don't blame you for bailing.

Shame you watched all those losing seasons and now have to quit on the team because they will probably only win 11-12 games this year.

No fan for any team will go to watch a team anywhere in any city that wins less than 13 games a season.

Maybe next year if Brady comes back will you be a Pats fan again? Or do you want them to have a 14-win season first just to guarantee Brady is still up to your standards?

Well at least he's getting the tickets out there for other fans to use. OP: I'm sorry that you feel compelled to do this based on one freak incident. However, only you know your priorities in life, so good luck with that.

Re: Ticket exhchange will get all my tickets.

Looks like there's another room vacant at the Homerville Hotel.
:rofl"

Homerville Hotel! Good one!

Sad thing is, Merrill friggin' Hoge is predicting the Pats win 11-12 games without Brady. Who'd a thought he'd be thinking higher of the Pats than Pats fans?

I read all the stuff during preseason about how our team was nothing without Brady, but I thought it was just over-reacting and hyperbole. Who'd a thought we had such a number for fans that behaved like CHarger fans?!? Worse, 'cause at least Charger fans can claim to live the southern California lotus-eating, narcisstic, androgynous lifestyle.

Does anyone else have any fascinating, unusual, or just plain funny stories about tickets?

I'm sure there are others who are like this poster. This would explain why that stadium has become so quiet over the years. Its filled with mostly new comers who got spoiled on the Brady/Bellichick era and success and not true die hard fans who remember what it used to be like.

For anyone who checked ticketexchange this morning, this guy is not the only one. There are now seats available for almost every game. I cant really blame any of these people either. I mean, the prices for these tickets are ridiculous. You can justify paying 180 per seat against the cardinals when your seeing the MVP of the NFL, but its hard to justify paying it to see an average QB. Does this mean he is a fair-weatherd fan? Its not like hes going to stop watching the team and stop supporting the team, it just means he will have more money for beer when watching at home.
