5-2...would be really tough to beat the Chargers at home without Brady and we typically struggle with the Broncos...If we were 5-2 and got Brady back ..I think everyone would be pretty happy.

100% agree. Hell, SD is having problems with a Steve Smith-less Carolina...we might hit 6-0.

I would say Denver is a loss. Jets could be a loss even if they got taken to the wire by Pennington and Camarillo. I would pencil SD as a loss but it depends on which SD shows up. The one playing against Carolina right now at home doesn't look too great. I expect their kinks to be worked out though.

I fear the Jets (hate them more) simply because we always get their best shot. I think we can rip off atleast 4-5 wins with the other teams. SD got off slowly last year too so who knows if they can get it going more quickly this year.

Yeah 5-5 before going 8 straight. I'm just chalking up this performance to a slow start against Carolina. Kasay has been perfect and is 4/4 with this 49 yarder. The Panthers D scored off a (rare!) Gates fumble (first one in 339 touches).

Okay let me give my own break down on this:

Week 1: KC @ NE. Well duh. 1-0.

Week 2: NE @ NYJ. Lord Favrequad struggled to beat the Chokefins. However this game is in the Rats home and its our first visit to the Rats since Wasteoftimegate happened. On the other hand... there will be a Patriots team that in spite of Tom being injured that will be charged up to win this and prove the critics wrong about not just the status of the team but also beating Lord Favrequad and the Rats once again. So... 2-0.

Week 3: MIA @ NE. 3-0 simple as that. Even Ray Charles in his grave can see us winning this.

Week 4: BYE WEEK. Well... you can't win or lose this one.

Week 5: NE @ SF. As of typing this the 49ers are struggling against Arizona which that in itself is pretty pathetic. The 49ers will put up a fight for sure but I can't see us losing this one. 4-0.

Week 6: NE @ SD. This is the one that scares me the most. The team is hell bent on revenge after losing in the AFC Championship Game. Sadly this is also the only one I see us losing. 4-1.

Week 7: DEN @ NE. Worst case at this point as of writing is Brady will be back by this game. He'll start out a little rusty but after the first quarter then the Tom Brady we all know and love will be back commanding the field and scoring like crazy. 5-1.

I would literally drink a gallon of hobo's urine if it would mean brady were only out 2- 6 weeks. That said I think 4-2 is realistic in this case.
