I haven't forgotten the Red Sweatshirt BB wore at the Superbowl
It bothers me more than I realize until I saw it in the Proshop, just hanging there like a Talsman.
I think we should demand that sweatshirt be thrown to the tailgaters in the parking lot Sunday, to be burned, run over, shreaded what ever
What would you do to the "RED SWEATSHIRT" if you won it in a raffle?

He wore it to at least one press conference in training camp. It's a piece of clothing, it's meaningless. Get over it.

I would wear it, and definitely wouldn't be burning patriots gear...the red sweatshirt had nothing to do with the Pats losing.

indeed, I don’t see a correlation between the sweatshirt and the loss

I might cut the sleeves a bit.....Edit: oops looks like they are cut maybe just rolled up but he still needs to cut the neck

If I remember correctly, he wore red during that MNF game agianst Miami when Miami came back in the 4th quarter to win in 2004. Not a fan of the red sweatshirt either.

Yes. Let's blame the SB loss on that damn sweatshirt.
Had nothing to do with those guys on the field.:)

sounds good with me...

but i would certainly never wear the red sweatshirt....

i would probably save it until we got to the superbowl...then burn it b4 the game starts

Example 171,384 of why SB42 altered history: that red sweatshirt would be one of the most popular items in the ProShop had NE won.

my life was altered for a while, I felt like I had mono for a good 3-4 months following the superbowl, that can be example 284,888.88

X2...as far as what I'd do with it...I can always use another Sweatshirt.

Ok, I'm not saying that it was my most adult hour, but last night, during the pregame stuff, they showed so much of the superbowl stuff, and it brought it ALL back. I pouted, I sulked, yelled at the tv, cheered when Eli threw an interseption.....:woohoo:.
Aughhh
I know that if it turned out differently, I too would be sporting a new red sweatshirt, but....

It didn't, and I dont wanna!!!:help:
what a baby I am
Sorry guys

In most Asian culture, the color red is considered bad, and a lot of people don't wear any clothing that has red as the main color on it!

i hope he wears it against the Colts this year, especially in the playoffs :D

if we meet

To tell you the truth, I'm a little superstitious myself.;)

It's not the red sweatshirt that bothers me. It's the SB 42 logo attached to it. I can't stand to look at it any more. Rip that ****er off.

I agree, I don't want to see the red sweatshirt. Not because I believe it affected the outcome, but because it has become a symbol of that game. The only time we ever saw the red sweatshirt, the outcome of the game was a big letdown. It would be no different of what we would think of an alternate uniform if the team lost whenever they were worn, for example.

Yeah, I hate the monochrome home uniforms.

I think back to the 2002 season when the Patriots dropped back-to-back home games to the Packers and Broncos to cap a Patriots 4-game losing streak, the longest of the Brady era.
