This was a quiet time, and as dead as I have seen an offseason in many years, but now training camp is on fire in many ways.
After a month of no transactions, no shuffles of the deck or a rookie signings, second round draft pick Darius Butler signed and then, others followed quickly from a trickle to a steady stream.
