This board has gotten really bad recently with the likes of . . . well I won't mention names . . . and then people have to react off of that to try to balance it out a little. But, yeah, it's really, really bad largely from people who have no real clue what they're talking about.

Read the "rules" thread, it might keep you from getting that last point you need for banishment.

Basically their are two sets of rules.

The ones set down by Ian (the guy who owns this board)
No Nudity, no links to nudity
No copywirght infingments
No Giant signatures
No Signatures, that other members find insulting
No duplicate logons, nobody here is allowed to be a Superhero, only one identity.

And the ones that Patters and I, and the rest of the baord set up when we agreed to become moderators, so that Ian would not close this section down.
No insults to other members
No racial slurs
Basically as long as you don't sound like Obama's Pastor you should be OK.

Patters and I also agreed to let NEM back in, well because we missed him (and I was trying to get cheap housing for the SB).

Now if you say someone's ideas or thoughts are stupid and they say your insane, that's fine, if you start calling people out and habitually insulting other members, you are going to get infractions.

Patters and I are the mods here, however their are many other mods, and if they see your sig, or some comment outside of here, they can and will issue you an infraction. This is basically the only part of the baord where this type of crap goes on, and Ian does not want to deal with it, so try to be civil.

If I've said this once, I said it a thousand times, Patters and I try to "police our own", however since both actually have jobs, sometimes, we can not have 24/7 access, so the other has to do it. WHatever Patters does as a moderator, chances are, he has already asked my opinion on, and I agree with him, so do not come crying to me about anything Patters does. We actually traded funny PMs this week, each of us getting called nasty things, the bottomline here, is that we try to be lassiez-faire, however sometimes, a line has to be drawn. We will enforce Ian's rules without warning and with infractions everytime (his board, his rules, that simple).
