NPR interview Hagee gave to Terry Gross in 2006:
* God caused Hurricane Katrina to wipe out New Orleans because it had a gay pride parade the week before and was filled with sexual sin. From the same interview: JH: All hurricanes are acts of God, because God controls the heavens. I believe that New Orleans had a level of sin that was offensive to God, and they were recipients of the judgment of God for that. McCain said he was "very honored" to receive this endorsement and, when asked about some of Hagee's more twisted views, responded: "all I can tell you is that I am very proud to have Pastor John Hagee's support." Pastor John Hagee on Christian Zionism http://www.npr.org/templates/story/s...toryId=6097362 and http://www.salon.com/opinion/greenwa...gee/index.html I don't think these people live in 2008 , maybe I mean this is total BS,total retardation .This thinking comes from savage people.

Has McCain ever attended this guys church as a member?
Obama hung out with his racist Pastor for 20 YEARS.

McCain said he was "very honored" to receive his endorsement ,that is worst in my eyes.

Of course it's worse in your eyes. It's about McCain.

There's a lot less wrong with this IMO. I don't believe in God so this kind of thinking makes no sense to me but most people do believe in God a fair number of them think God considers homosexuality to be a sin. So it's not that unreasonable for religious people, though, again, not for me.
Compare that to the near psychopathic excuse making race baiting babble from Obama's guy.

What difference does it make who's pastor is worse than the other? I suppose that's the point of this thread. What if one of the candidates was Catholic? Wouldn't his bishop likely be criticized for pimping out the church's children for his johns ....I mean...er...priests?
Damn! And Romney though he was having a hard time (pun intended) with religion. Religion is funny....... ![]() ![]() |

I can't justify what either of these guys say. I don't know how anyone can. I'm still confused how they can get away saying it in our police state. If they lived in China, maybe but in America??????
