He does go to the combine, well according to Patriots Reign anyways.

I think he's there - it was mentioned at one point - just because he doesn't pose for the camera doesn't mean he's not there.

You have to figure that he is in on the interviews for sure.

Aside from the interviews Bill has little use for the Combine. In fact he thinks it is a colossal waste of a football players time training for track and field events when he should be training to play football. He thinks a lot of rookies get injured because of the training they do for the Combine. He's much more inclined to evaluate them based on game tape and scouting and coaches recommendations. That is why his/our board seldom resembles the media draft gurus boards, they fall in love with measurables.

Someone i just watched a video about on patriots.com said the patriots dont pay attention much with anything at the combine. They mostly like to talk to players and see how they react with one another. Everything at the combine is recorded so they just watch/read it later.
