How come Nem can call President Bush every single name in the book imaginable, but I can't calling Chelsea Clinton a "pimped out whore" - especially when she is one..? How come the moonbats in here can call Ann Coulter anything and everything they can possibly come up with, but I cannot use any derogatory references to Chelsea Clinton..?

Actrually IIRC a guy from MSNBC said Chelsea was being pimped out by the Clinton campaign. Also since she is 27 she is no longer a child and is fair game in the politial areana if she chooses to participate. Bad job here given what is allowed about the Bush twins here for example.

There was actually someone in here spreading a rumor that Jenna was pregnant... it was a moderator, no less... Personally, I consider it very sexist and offensive to spread such a rumor.

I don't think his remark was meant to mean that Chelsea Clinton is a prostitute. The issue of course is consistency. When you open up the flood gates & start suspending people for not being uber PC, then this is what happens. I've always been of the opinion that the children of politicians should be off limits to criticism. Obviously if they enter the political fray that changes the rules, but still, the kids should get as much leeway as is permissable.

It's the sort of thing that has conveniently been ignored by the hypocritical liberal moderator when discussing Conservatives but now that someone dared to use the phrase on Chelsea, it's a violation of the rules.

Here are a couple examples of quotes spoken about Ann Coulter, and not a single warning was issued:

"Stupid skank + stupid American public = $$$$$$ for Anne Coulter. What a religious whore."

"She is a vile, disgusting whore who needs to be nailed to a cross."

How about perhaps the moderator in question "PATTERS" has a thankless job of roaming around the forum with a pooper scooper everyday. Give the guy a break.

He's human ... some days are better than others.

He has to moderate adults acting like children.

He's doing the best he can ... no one's perfect.

He has a great handle on when stuff is posted to start fights.

He's moderating the rules the members themselves agreed upon.

He used to enjoy this place ... probably hates it now.

How can anyone who complains and instigate fights be more
