OT: Dolphins LB Channing Crowder crashes truck on Florida Highway then flees scene

Didn't some other NFL player tool do something like this during last summer?

I remember some guys in here saying that they think BB likes Crowder and may try and get him here but this may change that kind of thinking,Patriots players are not stupid like this....

I think by doing this he evaded certain DUI prosecution, but fleeing the scene may, and should, carry parallel penalties in order to discourage this sort of behavior. At any rate, it doesn't carry the stigma of a DUI.

All in all, it's actually a smart thing to do (running, not drinking and driving).

Well, he's never been the sharpest knife in the door.

I actually was an advocate of the Pats targeting him in the draft, thinking he was the type the Patriots would go after. I also do remember the talk of BB being high on him, but I'm not sure if there was every anything to that.

BB specifically sought him out and gave him a hug after one of the Miami games this year.
