The thing that sucks about the whole man/woman dynamic in any kind of breakup is that the woman can kick a man out of any home including his own whereas a man seemingly cannot do that to a woman. She'll argue then call the cops and the man gets arrested.

No equal rights under the law when it comes to these issues or of parental custody/ alimony.

Getting arrested is rarely a non-issue, let alone *less* than a non-issue.

Detained -- as in the case of McFadden -- sure.

But not arrested. That's usually an issue.
