Question about the new Touch Ipod (and the Iphone)

i am interested in this new touch ipod. All i use right now is a crappy 120 song flash memory armband workout mp3 player. it works but i want a better one with more storage space and other things.

I'm thinking of using my poker points to get one.

Now with this touch ipod, how does the internet service work? Do you have a service agreement with some company? who? how much is it?

Also, and MOST IMPORTANT, can you run programs on a touch ipod or an iphone.

Like can you run Full Tilt Poker or Pokerstars on it?

ok i just watched the entire thing and they said nothing about downloading programs or running programs or anything like that.

It's not a PDA , it's an ipod touch.

You can surf the web ( read stuff) , listen music (download) , watch movies and flash videos like youtube.

I don't think you can install program or games on it .

But if i got an Ipaq or something like that, (those small computer things) i would be able to play poker right?

how does internet service work on those?

You can not install programs on either the iPod touch or iPhone, Internet is free using WiFi... as long as you are near a wireless network you will be good to go. Also things like PDF's and whatnot can't be viewed on it. It is cool in that it gives you a full internet browser.

You are correct , you need a pocket pc ,install games/softwares for pocket pc and Surf the Web at your local Wi-Fi hot spot or home with the integrated 802.11b wireless LAN1 :
