I hope so. Running the ball well becomes even more important in the cold/blizzard weather.

Fwiw, the Pats are +18 in the TO margin, while the Jets are -3.
I agree the weather could force fluke things to happen, but the Jets are far more inconsistent at hanging onto the ball and/or forcing turnovers.

OLB Mike Vrabel, who was questionable on the Patriots' latest injury report due to his thigh, has taken the field in his game pants and loosened up by cutting back and forth. No medical/training staff was present as Vrabel warmed up, a sign that he is likely to play today.

At this time, no other players are on the field.

The Jets mindset coming into this one, per Wendi Nix on ESPN: "We just want to come in, play the game, get out of here, and close this chapter." Conditions be damned, does this sound like a team that is ready to come in and put up a fight? So instead of dreaming for the obscene (63-3, or something), we expect the ordinary (24-3 or something of that ilk). Won't be pretty, but shouldn't be too terribly difficult...

I believe that the Pats have decided to run just enough to keep opposing defenses honest.
Passes yield more yards per attempt.
So you pass to put the opponent in 5 or 6 DBs then you run.
But Maroney will see his 100 this week and next.
So I am a believer.

that would make me one happy fan, and raise his stock around NE....again I would love to see this
