If the Pats parlay the #2 overall pick into DeAngelo Hall and a future 2nd rounder, I'll puke all over whatever's in front of me at the time.

Hall was the #9 pick 3 or 4 years ago, and has regressed on the field and been a problem child the entire time. Wannabe thug, and I believe 2008 is the last year on his rookie contract, which means we'll have him for one season. I wouldn't trade a second round pick for him straight-up.

I like these. Keep 'em coming, AC.

Thanks dude, it should be interesting. I am sure Miami will be more than happy to trade back out of the #1 spot, if someone wants McFadden they may not even have to deal with the Patriots.

But think about it for a second--if a team wants McFadden, if they trade with Miami, it'll cost them more than it will to trade with the Pats.

Besides, I'm not convinced Miami is smart enough to do that.

I really can't see someone parting with a 2009 1st round pick, unless there is a hot QB on the board.

I do however like the idea of the pAts dropping back to that #7-#10 range and gaining some extra picks and/or players.
