Default We NEED to draft a punter.....

I wanted the Pats to draft Sepulveda last year, and he looked pretty good yesterday. Plus of course, a pair of unpronounceable kickers is always fun, when the Pats get the Solomon Wil**** and Matt Vespergian braodcast teams.

In 2008, I once again am calling for the Pats to draft a punter in the fourth round. Let me introduce Mike Dragosavich.

First off, cool name, goes by "Drago" Imagine all the Rocky IV refrences we could use, "you will lose".

http://www.gobison.com/ViewArticle.d...0&ATCLID=74285

The highlights:

Dragosavich’s Career Bests

Most Punt Attempts: 8 vs. Cal Poly, 10-23-04; at Nicholls State, 10-2-04

Best Punt Average: 55.8 at Southern Illinois, 11-19-05 (4/223 yards)

Longest Punt: 79 yards at Southern Illinois, 11-19-05

Punts Inside the 20: 4 at UC Davis, 11-13-04; vs. Northwestern State, 10-30-04

50+ Yard Punts: 39

60+ Yard Punts: 9

70+ Punts: 1

It's amazing to me that Josh Miller isn't back on this team yet. Or even Danny Baugher for that matter.

Why does it seem a lot of his best performances came in 2004 and 2005?

Joe Sports Fan who doesn't even know what a punter is supposed to do on the field automatically votes for Hanson 'cause he plays for the Patriots.

No sh!t. Hansen is TERRIBLE. I still can't understand why they dumped Miller to begin with, or didn't resign him after the fact.

That's because I used a link from August 2007:

Here's an update:

http://www.gobison.com/ViewArticle.d...ATCLID=1346417

He had another great year, and is going to be playing in the Senior Bowl. What I love is his quote:

"Well, for the first-time ever Mike Dragosavich is speechless...," said Dragosavich about his selection."

Anyone who can already speak about themself in the third person in jest, has my vote.

Baugher won't be back. He was cut because of his legal issues.

As for Miller, I believe he's on another team.
