Stomach bug hits Bush at G8 talks

Mr Bush was keen to keep to his schedule, aides said
US president George W Bush suffered a stomach upset on Friday and missed morning sessions at the G8 talks.
White House counsellor Dan Bartlett said Mr Bush woke up feeling "under the weather". But he was rejoining other leaders, though still not feeling 100%.

Mr Bush met French President Nicolas Sarkozy in his hotel suite on Friday, and was keen to keep his schedule.

Last night, Mr Bush - a teetotaller - was seen sipping beer, but his advisers insisted it was non-alcoholic.

Doctors are not sure if it is "a stomach virus or something like that", Mr Bartlett said.

"[i] guess he didn't want to follow in the footsteps of his father in Asia," his aide said.

I've never had a non alcoholic beer but I enjoy the smell and taste of beer so I don't see what's so unreasonable about drinking a non alcoholic version.

But, of course, you know what he was drinking.

alcoholics should stay away from non alcoholic beer, which...DOES contain alcohol.

It just shows the man's grey cells, or lack there of.

I know nothing about how much alcohol is in non alcoholic beer. Maybe alcoholics should stay away from it . . . and maybe you should mind your own business unless it's suddenly illegal to drink beer of any kind.

Its not illegal to drink beer of anykind. But when the leader of my country, who is an alcoholic, attends the G8, has a drink, and misses the next morning's session...I think that is something that I should speak out about.

Snorted too much cocaine and freebased too much heroin I would be willing to bet.

The whole Bush clan LOVES their drugs.

Why else would they buy over 60,000 acres in Columbia, with a huge landing strip on it???? It wouldn't be to export drugs into AMERIKA... would it????
