I have not seen him play but one mock had us taling him.
24. New England Patriots – Jay Moore, defensive end, Nebraska. The Patriots are growing old at the pass-rusher positions, where Moore excelled in the postseason. He is fluid enough to play outside linebacker in New England's 3-4 scheme, and he is a bright, poised kid who can start right away if necessary. |

I am speaking about the Pats taking him in the first round; not the #1 pick in the draft.

i dont think hes quick enough to play LB and he hasnt proven much against run.
just because he had 3 sacks or w.e in Senior Bowl doesnt mean hes moved up a lot in draft..2 times he was clear to the QB. at Nebraska he had 6 sacks but only 4 QB hurries |

No! If the Patriots value Jay Moore as a fourth round draft pick, the New England Patriots will wait until the fourth round to select him.

Yes, I could have gotten two of those sacks. Supposedly he was so-so in practice at the Senior Bowl - definitely not a guy who I expect to be considered by anyone in the first round.
