Congress Approves $20 Million for Party
The war is going so well in Iraq that congress has approved $20 million for a victory party. Well its about time, how long has it been since Mission Accomplished? Isn't it time we thow these bums out?

I think this is a carry over of money originally budgeted but never spent. I'm not sure if this is money they always budget in, who knows. Either way I found is amusing when I read it. Reminded me of how stupid I thought the Admin was for that "mission accomplished" banner. If I thought it was stupid and highly premature, how could they not think it too.
