Except that the court in question assigns judges to cases randomly. FTW alleged the ACLU "paid off" (bribed) the clerk...

And now it comes out that she is the ACLU's Michigan Jihad office's Secretary.
SO let's get this straight. SHe has previously been reprimaned for trying to pry a case away from another Judge (or Judge SHopping), she is reetired, and she is a MEMBER OF THE ACLU, and her chapter donated large sums of money to help fund this lawsuit. But no, this case JUST HAPPENED TO GET ASSIGNED TO HER. You are lying, outright, again..
She is not the ACLU's secretary, she is the Secretary of the Community Foundation for Southeastern Michigan, which has donated money to the ACLU. I don't know how well that sits with me either, but you are very full of it. Do you lie in your profession, too?
