Well Bush nominates conservatives what a shock. What has Kennedy angry is that he couldn't fillibuster them.

If you look at Clinton's tenure he nominated extremely liberial justices, but the republicans respected the electon results and gove votes to Breyer and Ginsberg.

There's no defense needed. This Court will get us closer to the Constitution where we belong.
Especially on abortion...the biggest hypocrite subject of them all.

Bush has 2 years left...I'm hoping Ginsberg retires and/or gets a sudden case of dementia and needs to be replaced...then the fun begins...rid ourselves of all the laws that have been added in violation of our Constitution.
