Default These illegals have NO right to protest

THe US constitution gaurentees the right to peacefull protest...as long as you are a citizen of this country. Illegals are not US citizens, therfor they have no right to protest in this country. They need to be arrested for disturbing the peace.

Here you go again pulling stuff out of your ass.

The text of the first amendment reads: "...or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." Notice it says "the people", not just citizens. The bill of rights has never been held to only apply to citizens, but to all residents.

But the bigger piece of BS you pulled out is that the people protesting are themselves illegal aliens. Did they show you their papers?

So they'll continue to protest all they want and you'll continue having to take it with no recourse, just as it should be.

Uh..I'm guessing that you dont fully understand the "illegal thing". typical blind liberal. If they had papers..they wouldn't be illegal. DUH!

I swear, I feel like I'm talking to somebody with a learning disability.

How do you know they were illegal, and that they had no papers? Did you ask them? America has tons of legal immigrants, and of course lots and lots of non-immigrants. How do you pick out the illegals in a crowd?

Welcome to my world.

To answer your morally ambiguous question, Round them up, ask to see a drivers liscense and/or Social security card, if the cannot produce these---then they are probably illegal.

Morally ambiguous? It was neither a moral question nor ambiguous, but wasn't it fun to use those words?

By the way, good luck rounding up 1 million people during a protest and asking them for their driver's licenses. And what about the very legal, born-here Americans who don't have ID?

The point was, that you assumed these were illegal immigrants who were protesting, when you know no such thing.

When I watched the "protesters" on the news I noticed something, most all were waving "foreign flags", they want to be part of America, they want all the "Goodies" but they march around in the country they want to live in waving the Flag of "ANOTHER COUNTRY".

America's southwest is going to be in some deep sh!t pretty soon, wait till the "minorities start fighting with each other" they are already doing it in the prisons, you don't hear to much about it because "whitey" isn't starting it.

The Neo Libs won't be able to blame the "white mother f-cker" for whats about to start out there (minority against minority)

Those Movie Stars better start packing their bags, "Pedro is moving in"

I notice something else in the south, people fly confederate flags. Not American flags - confederate flags. Big f---ing whoop, people are proud of their herritage. They show how much the love America every day without lifting a flag - by washing your toilets and serving your meals.

It makes me sick too. If they don't want to be American they should stay the f*ck in Mexico. That's the difference between the immigrant of today. Mexicans don't want to come over and be part of America . . . they want CA back.

How are you going to round them up, if you approach a crowd of 1/2 million and just start arresting folks do you think you might create a larger problem??
If you arrest about 25,000 then what are you going to do, how will you process them and how will you hold them??

The problem is people look at this very short sighted and we are talking about huge numbers, sometimes the solution creates a bigger problem. The first thing that needs to addressed is the ambivalence about illegal workers, in some areas they are welcomed(NOLA) and in other areas they are a burden(LA). Cannot have it both ways, need a consistent enforceable policy.
