Default Bush gone over the edge

I've been wondering about what is going on with the Bush Administration. First, Bush tries to lease out our ports to Dubai. Everyone in the U.S. is outraged and congress overwhelmingly opposes Bush's plan. Now, Bush wants to let China be in charge of examining shipping cargo entering the U.S. for nuclear threats. Its' not that he doesn't get it, he's either snorting or he and Rove are playing some type of double dare.

I believe it's Hong Kong.

Unless Hong Kong is also China.

Hong Kong is now part of China again. It has historically been the case, but the British "owned" it for 100 years or so. It was given back at the start of the Millenium (I think).

It actually might be part of his lame duck strategy in order to make it easier for the next Republicans to distance themselves from him.

But that may be giving him too much credit. More likely just outsourcing another job. It's only a matter of time before the U.S. Department of Agriculture is run by India, Department of Labor by Saudi Arabia, and Department of Energy by China.
